"I really liked the design when the shirt..."
I really liked the design when the shirt first showed up, and I was too mentally drained to deal with returning it or anything. After a few washes though, the print started fading more than I expected. It’s still wearable, but for the price, I thought it would hold up a little better.

"Still remember how tiny it felt"
I was disappointed when I tried this on. I still remember pulling it over my head and immediately feeling like something was off, it fit so tight, almost like it was two sizes smaller than what I ordered. I had been looking forward to wearing it, so the awful fit was a letdown.

"I had a question about my order and..."
I had a question about my order and their support team got back to me faster than I expected. They were friendly too, which kind of matters because if the people answering emails are nice, I feel like the whole company is probably decent. I also messed up some of my info and they fixed it without making me feel dumb about it. Nothing fancy, just easy and not stressful. I’d order from them again.

"Decent ordering experience, from what I remember"
I ordered from Boba Tribe a while back, and from what I remember, it was mostly fine. The site loaded without any issues, but the checkout process felt a little awkward. I remember going back to double-check a couple of details because it wasn’t as smooth as I expected. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not one that stood out as super easy either.

"Shipping was literally faster than I expected"
I ordered from bobatribe.com and the shipping ended up being quick. My stuff showed up in just a few days, and the tracking updated normally the whole time. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the package literally sat there for a bit before it actually started moving, but once it did, it got here fast. Overall, not bad at all.

"Pretty comfy, but could be better"
I ordered this from bobatribe.com, and overall it’s about what I expected. The fabric feels soft when you first put it on, and it’s comfortable enough for lounging around the house.
After wearing it for a few hours, though, it started feeling a little tight in certain spots. It’s not awful or anything, just not quite as comfortable as I was hoping. I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

"Packaging was alright"
I got the package and the box was a bit dented when it arrived. You could tell it had been handled roughly, but overall the packaging was okay...

"Tracking was okay, but I got a bit worried after paying"
After I paid, I started feeling a little unsure because I wasn’t totally confident everything would go smoothly. The tracking did update for the most part, though, which helped. Delivery was only a little late, so it turned out fine overall.

"I thought this boba kit would be fun..."
I thought this boba kit would be fun. It looked cute at first. But the pearls were kind of hard. The flavor was weak too. The packaging was fine. For the price, I expected better quality.

"Return process was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried to exchange my order the whole thing turned into a headache. They said they’d get back to me, but then I was just ignored for days. It’s really frustrating when a company promises help and then doesn’t follow through...

"I ordered from Boba Tribe it was..."
I ordered from Boba Tribe it was just okay. The flavor was decent enough, but for the price, I was expecting a little more than “yeah, that’s fine.” Add in the shipping cost and suddenly it felt like I was funding a luxury boba expedition. Not awful by any means, but I probably wouldn’t buy again unless there was a sale.
